Terms of use

The Lithuanian version of these terms is the governing one; this is a translation.
1. About us and these terms
eisme.lt (“Eisme”) is operated by 42 Projektai, MB (“we”), email info@simplify.lt. By using the site you accept these terms. When you buy a premium subscription, they form our contract together with the privacy policy.
2. The service
- Free: statistics on vehicles registered in Lithuania – makes, models, age, engine size, owner age groups, counties and more.
- Account: free; needed for premium.
- Premium: model history across every data release, CSV export, access to the statistics from Claude, ChatGPT or other MCP apps.
We keep improving the service and may change its features. If we materially reduce premium features, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel.
3. Accuracy of the data
The statistics are calculated automatically from the open data of AB „Regitra“ and other open sources. Sources contain errors, differently spelled names and masked records, so the grouping and assignment of models can be imperfect. The data is provided “as is” and is not official statistics. Don't base important decisions on it alone.
4. Your account
- Use a correct email address and keep your login details safe.
- Accounts are personal – don't share access.
- If you seriously breach these terms we may suspend or close your account, with notice where possible.
- You can delete your account at any time on your account page.
5. Premium subscription
- Price is shown on the Premium page (currently €5 per month) and includes all applicable taxes.
- Payment: monthly in advance via Stripe. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancelling: any time on your account page (“Manage billing, invoices, cancel”). Access continues until the end of the paid period. Unused parts of a period are not refunded, except as described in section 6.
- Price changes: announced by email at least 30 days in advance and applied from the next payment. If you don't agree, you can cancel.
- Failed payments: premium features may be suspended until payment succeeds.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of your first subscription start without giving a reason – email info@simplify.lt. We refund the whole first payment within 14 days using the same payment method, and the subscription ends.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the figures for personal and work purposes, quote and publish them, crediting “Eisme (eisme.lt), based on AB „Regitra“ data”. You may not:
- copy the site's content automatically in bulk (search-engine indexing excepted);
- work around paid features or access limits;
- resell or publicly redistribute premium CSV exports or MCP answers as a dataset of their own;
- disrupt the site;
- try to identify vehicle owners.
MCP and CSV access is for reasonable use; we may limit the number of requests.
8. Intellectual property
The site's design, code, data-processing rules and the compiled statistics are ours. Source data is used under its own licences – see About and contact.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on the statistics. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. These limits don't apply to intent or gross negligence and don't restrict consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the site running at all times but can't guarantee it: maintenance and outages happen.
11. Changes to these terms
Changed terms are published on this page. Premium subscribers are told about significant changes by email at least 30 days in advance and can cancel if they don't agree.
12. Law and disputes
Lithuanian law applies. If something goes wrong, please write to us first – we'll try to sort it out quickly. Consumers can also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, vvtat.lrv.lt) for out-of-court resolution, or to the Lithuanian courts. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
